Coffee over Cardio has delicious coffees, creamers, electrolytes, tumblers, mugs, etc. I made lattes with Bonjour French Roast coffee, add vanilla creamer, and set to go. My favorite sugary flavor is the birthday cake coffee (ground or k-cups). On weekends, I love the Saturdaze. Yum! Did I mention Messy Bun-cinnamon bun? Yes, you have to try that one because it’s a treat for any day of the week. I prefer Wednesdays “Happy Hump Day!”
